3-100. The City of The Colony, Denton County, Texas, is hereby divided into twenty-four (24) zoning districts which are further subdivided into subdistricts where appropriate. The use, height, area, and parking regulations as set out herein are uniform in each district. The twenty-four (24) districts herein established shall be known and cited as:

FP prefixed to any district designates a subdistrict subject to the provisions of section 10-1100. (Flood Plain)

H suffixed to any premises, lot, or tract designates a subdistrict subject to the provisions of sections 10-1900 through 10-1902. (Historic)
