Wherever the requirements of this chapter are at variance with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rules, regulations, laws or ordinances, the more restrictive or that imposing the higher standards shall govern.

By Local Law No. 1 of the Year 2000 the Village of Tivoli has adopted "Greenway Connections: Greenway Compact Program and Guides for Dutchess County Communities," as amended from time to time, as a statement of land use policies, principles and guides. In its discretionary actions under this Zoning Code, the reviewing agency shall be guided by said statement of policies, principles and guides.
