Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Boston, Erie County, New York, the Code of the Town of Boston, New York, entitled the "Zoning Code," with a new comprehensive Zoning Local Law to be known as the "Zoning Law."

This chapter shall be known as the "Zoning Law of 1990 of the Town of Boston, County of Erie and State of New York."

This chapter shall be in effect after adoption and publication as prescribed in §§ 20 and 27 of Article 3 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of New York State.

Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, pursuant to Article 3, § 22, of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, the Town of Boston Zoning Code, adopted by the Town of Boston on March 21, 1958, together with all subsequent amendments thereto, are hereby repealed on the effective date of this chapter.
