R-4 Mobile Home Court District

§ 123-41 Permitted uses and structures.

Uses and structures permitted in the R-4 District are as follows:
Principal uses and structures:
Licensed mobile home courts.
Accessory uses and structures:
Within a licensed mobile home court as provided by Chapter 70 of the Town Code.

§ 123-42 Minimum lot size.

Unless otherwise provided, the minimum lot size in the R-4 District shall be as specified in this section.
Within a licensed mobile home court: dimensions for uses therein shall be as provided for by the Mobile Home Court Law of the Town of Boston.[1]

§ 123-43 Maximum height of buildings.

Unless otherwise provided, the maximum height of buildings in the R-4 District shall be as specified in this section.
Buildings located within a licensed mobile home court: as provided for by the Mobile Home Court Law of the Town of Boston.

§ 123-44 Required yards.

Unless otherwise provided, the minimum required yards and other open spaces in the R-4 District shall be as specified in this section.
Area within a licensed mobile home court: as provided for by the Mobile Home Court Law of the Town of Boston.

§ 123-46 Sign regulation reference.

For applicable sign regulations, see Chapter 95 of the Town Code.

§ 123-47 Supplemental regulations reference.

For applicable supplemental regulations, see the Mobile Home Court Law of the Town of Boston.
