ARTICLE XXII
Fees
§ 123-117 Application fees.
A.
The following applications shall be accompanied by fees, as shall be as set forth in the Schedule of Fees, as adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Boston:

(1)
Application to rezone property.
(2)
Application for special permit or special use permit.
(3)
Application for renewal of any terminable or finite special permit or special use permit.
(4)
Application to the Zoning Board of Appeals, including appeals and applications for area or use variances.
(5)
Application for site plan review.
(6)
Telecommunications facilities.
(a)
Application for permit to construct a new telecommunications facility including collocation of an antenna or antennas requiring the construction of a new tower or an extension to an existing tower.
(b)
Application to replace an existing tower with a like facility.
(c)
Application for collocation not requiring an extension to an existing tower.
(d)
Application for a building permit for construction of a tower or any other related structure.
(7)
Application for a certificate of occupancy and/or zoning compliance.
B.
Collection of application fees shall not prevent the Town of Boston or any agency or board thereof from imposing such other fees, including but not limited to, inspection and engineering fees as may be permitted under state law or any duly enacted law or ordinance of the Town of Boston.
C.
The Town Board shall have the authority to establish, in its Schedule of Fees, appropriate late fees or surcharges with respect to applications for building permits, applications for special permits or applications for site plan approval, where the applicant shall have commenced any work or use, for which a permit or approval is required, prior to filing such application.
