   (A)   Loading space required. Any use which involves the receipt or distribution of freight, merchandise, supplies, vehicles or equipment as part of its typical operation shall provide and maintain adequate space for off-street loading and circulation. Loading areas shall be designed to avoid undue interference with the public use of streets and sidewalks.

   (C)   Paving requirements and restrictions. Loading and unloading berths, whether dock or drive-up, shall not be constructed on any side of a building that faces a residential district, unless separated therefrom by a public street or fully screened therefrom by buildings located on a nonresidential property. All loading berths and associated access and circulation drives and aisles shall be paved with either portland concrete or asphaltic concrete cement having a nominal minimum depth of eight inches, and shall be located and configured in a manner to prevent all vehicles from projecting into or obstructing traffic lanes while maneuvering, loading or unloading.
