Private clubs, lodges and other membership-only establishments that are not adult businesses may conduct retail sales that are directly associated with the establishment for members and their guests, provided that:
(A) There shall be no external evidence of any gainful activity, however incidental, or any access to any space used for retail operations other than from within the building; and
(B) That there shall be no harm to adjacent existing or potential residential development due to traffic generation, noise or other circumstances.
