(A)   Buildings shall be set back a minimum of 100 feet from all property lines. Swimming pools, tennis courts and other recreational facilities shall be set back a minimum of 25 feet from all property lines, and effectively screened from properties that are planned or zoned for residential use by a wall or hedge having a minimum height of six feet.

   (B)   Eating and drinking facilities may be permitted if they are operated within the principal building and do not have a separate entrance.
