17.32.010 - General.

Parking and loading spaces shall be provided in accordance with International Zoning Code sections 801 and 806 and section 15.26 of this Code with the following exceptions:

Parking minimums are waived in the B3 district.

Uses with different parking demand patterns may share up to 50 percent of required parking spaces with approval of city staff.
