The International Codes, 2021 edition, as published by the International Code Council, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Village Administrator for the Village of Vinton, be and are hereby adopted by the Village of Vinton, Texas as though fully set forth herein with the exception of requiring automatic fire extinguishing systems in residential construction.

   Exceptions.

   1. 1.
      Automatic fire extinguishing systems shall not be required in residential construction provided that the structure has an approved fire alarm system.
