Effective on: 2/7/2016
Where physical features on the ground differ from the Official Zoning Map, or if a question arises how a parcel of property is zoned and cannot be resolved by the application of this Section, by a boundary survey, or other anecdotal evidence, the Administrator shall consider the property to be zoned the less intensive of the zoning districts that are effected by the question. The decision of the Administrator may be appealed, or an application to amend the Official Zoning Map, filed to define the boundary.

Where physical features on the ground differ from the Official Zoning Map, or if a question arises how a parcel of property is zoned and cannot be resolved by the application of this Section, by a boundary survey, or other anecdotal evidence, the Administrator shall consider the property to be zoned the less intensive of the zoning districts that are effected by the question. The decision of the Administrator may be appealed, or an application to amend the Official Zoning Map, filed to define the boundary.
