For renovation/re-use of existing buildings built prior to 2022 on lots of record, maximum density will be determined by the site's ability to support on-site wastewater treatment and sufficient on-site parking for residents, but under no circumstances shall there be more than four total units per lot. |
(2) | Where the applicant can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Commission that there will be no adverse impact to traffic circulation and adjacent properties based on design or current site configuration, the Minimum Lot Size may be reduced by up to 20%. |
