(a)

General revisions. Approved final plans for a planned unit development may be revised in accordance with the procedures set forth in section 51-16.03.

(b)

Minor changes. Notwithstanding section 16.07(1), minor changes may be permitted by the planning commission following normal site plan review procedures outlined in section 51-21.28, subject to its finding that:

(1)

Such changes will not adversely affect the initial basis for granting approval.

(2)

Such minor changes will not adversely affect the overall planned unit development in light of the intent and purpose of such development as set forth in section 15-16.01.
