This chapter shall be known and may be cited and referred to as the West Branch Zoning Ordinance. The map herein referred to, identified by the title “Zoning District Map, West Branch, Iowa” dated April 1, 1991, and all explanatory matter thereon are hereby adopted and made part of this chapter † .
