The title of the proposed subdivision, graphic scale, North arrow, date, property owner's name and address and name and address of the licensed professional engineer or surveyor preparing the sketch map.

The location of property lines, existing easements, burial grounds, railroad rights-of-way, watercourses and existing wooded areas or trees six inches or more in diameter measured three feet above ground level; the location, width and names of all existing or platted streets or other public ways within or immediately adjacent to the tract; the names of adjoining property owners; and a vicinity map as specified in Subsection C of not more than 400 feet to the inch.

The location and sizes of existing sewers, water mains, culverts and other underground structures within the tract and immediately adjacent thereto; and existing permanent buildings and utility poles on or immediately adjacent to the site.

Topography, at the same scale as the sketch map, with a contour interval of two feet, and referred-to base datum, except for subdivisions of three lots or fewer.

The proposed street names and approximate locations and widths of proposed streets.

Preliminary proposals for connection with existing water supply and sanitary sewage systems; and preliminary provisions for collecting and discharging surface water drainage, including the tentative locations and sizes of drains, culverts, catch basins, curbs and gutters.

The approximate locations, dimensions and areas of all proposed or existing lots.

The approximate locations, dimensions and areas of all parcels of land proposed to be set aside for park or playground use or other public use or for the use of property owners in the proposed subdivision.

The location of temporary stakes to enable the Planning Board to find and appraise features on the sketch map in the field.

All existing subdivisions and tract lines of parcels within 1,000 feet of the boundary of the applicant's property, together with the names of the owners of adjacent parcels of land, namely those directly abutting or directly across any and all streets adjoining the proposed subdivision.

The locations, widths and names of existing or proposed streets, easements, building lines and rights-of-way pertaining to the proposed subdivision and to the properties as designated above.

The boundaries and designations of zoning districts affecting the tract, political boundaries and parks or other public spaces.

The location of the property with respect to surrounding property and streets; the names of all adjoining property owners; the names of adjoining streets; and a vicinity map as provided in § 250-114C.

The locations and dimensions of all boundary lines of the property.

The locations of existing streets, sewers, drains, water mains, easements, water bodies, streams and other pertinent features, such as wetlands, railroads and buildings.

The locations and widths of all existing and proposed streets and easements.

The locations, dimensions and area of all proposed or existing lots.

The locations and dimensions of all property proposed to be set aside for park or playground use or other public or private reservation, with designation of the purpose thereof.

The names and addresses of the owner or owners of the land to be subdivided, the name and address of the subdivider if other than the owner and the name of the professional engineer or land surveyor.

The date of the map, approximate true North scale and title of the subdivision.

Sufficient data acceptable to the Village Engineer to determine readily the location, bearing and length of all lines and to reproduce such lines upon the ground; and the location of all proposed monuments.

The approved names of all new streets.

The form for endorsement by the Planning Board Chairman as provided in § 250-93C.

Plans and profiles showing the locations and typical cross sections of street pavements, including curbs and gutters, sidewalks, manholes and catch basins; the locations of street trees, streetlighting standards and street signs; the location, size and invert elevations of existing and proposed sanitary sewers, storm water drains and fire hydrants; and the exact location, if the same can be shown, and size of all water, gas or other underground utilities or structures; and the proposed grading of all proposed lots.

The location, size, elevation and other appropriate description of any existing facilities or utilities at the point of connection to proposed facilities and utilities within the subdivision.

All specifications and references required by the Village regulations for subdivisions.

Notation of approval as follows:

The title, name, address and signature of the professional engineer or surveyor and the date, including revision dates.
