Schedule 1, Schedule of Lot and Bulk Regulations, included at the end of this chapter and containing regulations applying to the area of lots, the height of buildings, the yards and other spaces to be provided, and all other matters contained therein applicable to the various districts established by this chapter, is hereby adopted and declared to be a part of this chapter. In the event of any conflict between the schedule and textual provisions of this chapter, the textual provision shall control.
