In the exercise of the city's authority under Idaho Code sections 67-6511 and 67-6512, when a notice of any public hearing is required by the provisions of this title to two hundred (200) or more property owners or purchasers of record, notice shall be published twice in the official newspaper of the city at intervals no less than one week apart, with the first publication not less than fifteen (15) days before the hearing, and notice shall also be posted at the city hall, and at two (2) other public locations designated by the planning and zoning commission in lieu of posted and mailed notice.
