(a)

Adoption. The comprehensive plan attached to Ordinance 2002-009 as exhibit A is hereby adopted as the comprehensive plan of the city.

(b)

Amendment. The comprehensive plan may hereafter be amended, from time to time, by ordinance adopted by the city council, after review of the proposed amendment by the city planning and zoning commission, and following a hearing at which the public is given the opportunity to give testimony or present written evidence on the proposed amendment.
