Site development: $250.00.

(b)

Floodplain permit:

Residential: $45.00;

(2)

Commercial: $90.00.

(c)

Floodplain determination letter: $25.00.

(d)

Preliminary plat: $600.00 + $50.00 acre ($2,500.00 max).

(e)

Public review final plat: $900.00 + $50.00 acre ($2,500.00 max).

(f)

Record final plat: $400.00 + $50.00 acre ($2,500.00 max).

(g)

Amending plat/short form plat/plat vacation: $500.00 + $50.00 acre ($1,000.00 max).

(h)

Variance: $500.00.

(i)

BOA appeal fee: $100.00.

(j)

Conditional use permit (CUP): $650.00.

(k)

CUP amendment: $200.00.

(l)

STR annual permit: $125.00.

(m)

Zoning determination letter: $25.00.
