The Public Use District has been delineated, in the Master Plan for the Non-Pinelands area of the township, in areas where public uses including parks, playgrounds, schools and township water and sewer service facilities are currently existing or would be desirable.

Uses proposed for development within the P District shall be subject to the requirements listed in Schedule 3, Area, Yard and Bulk Requirements for Nonresidential Uses included as an attachment to this chapter.

All development proposed within the P District shall conform with all applicable standards under Article XVI of this chapter.
