RM Redevelopment Overlay Zone Lehigh Manor Redevelopment
§ 294-22.1 Adoption of redevelopment plan (CCUM Redevelopment Plan).

The Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Winslow accept the recommendation of the Winslow Township Planning Board in connection with the CCUM Redevelopment Plan for the subject project which is attached hereto and made a part of this Article. The governing body further finds that the property is located in an area in need of redevelopment in accordance with the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law and as such, the governing body hereby adopts the CCUM Redevelopment Plan. Editor's Note: The redevelopment plan, referred to herein, may be found on file in the office of the Township Clerk.
Amendments: Ord. No. O-2015-014: The First Amendment to Master Redevelopment Agreement for the CCUM Redevelopment Project between the Township and Redeveloper, CCU Community Development Corp., a New Jersey not-for-profit corporation attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved and authorized. (Exhibit A may be found on file in the Township offices) |
§ 294-22.2 Adoption of Redevelopment Plan (Block 2903, Lots 10, 12 and part of Lot 9 (the nondeveloped or vacant portion)).

The Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Winslow accept the recommendation of the Winslow Township Planning Board in connection with the Redevelopment Plan for the subject Project which is attached hereto and made a part of this section. The governing body further finds that the property is located in an area in need of redevelopment in accordance with the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law and as such, the Governing Body hereby adopts the Redevelopment Plan.
