1145.02 DISTRICT BOUNDARIES; ZONING MAP.
(a) The boundaries of the districts are shown upon the map made a part of this Zoning Code, which map is designated as the "Official Zoning Map". The Zoning Map and all the notations, references, and other information shown thereon are a part of this Zoning Code and have the same force and effect as if the Zoning Map and all the notations, references, and other information shown thereon were all fully set forth or described herein, which Zoning Map is properly attested and is on file with the City Manager.
(b) The fee for a copy of the City and Zoning Map shall be in accordance with the most current schedule of fees adopted by City Council.

1145.03 ANNEXED TERRITORY.
All the territory hereafter annexed to the City, shall be in the AAA Single-Family Residence District until changed by ordinance.

1145.04 VACATED PROPERTY.
Whenever any street, alley or other public way is vacated by City Council, the zoning districts adjoining each side of such street, alley or public way shall be automatically extended to the center of such vacation and all area included in the vacation shall then and henceforth be subject to all appropriate regulations of the extended districts.

1145.05 RESTRICTIONS WITHIN ZONING DISTRICTS.
Except as hereinafter provided:
(a) No person shall use any premises for a use other than those permitted in the district in which such premises are located unless otherwise provided in Chapter 1177 of this Title.
(b) No building shall be erected unless it shall be designed to make the premises conform to the regulations for the district in which the premises are located.
(c) No building shall be enlarged, structurally altered or moved unless such enlargement, structural alteration or moving shall be designed to make the premises conform to the regulations for the district in which the premises are located.
(d) Every building hereafter erected, enlarged or structurally altered shall be located on a lot as herein defined and in no case shall there be more than one main building on one lot. (Ord. 12-2012. Passed 10-15-12.)
(e) Every dwelling unit shall be provided with one, and only one, complete kitchen or kitchenette with approved cooking, refrigeration and sink facilities. No kitchen facility shall be permitted to be in the same room as a water closet and no kitchen shall be in any room below grade. Communal kitchens are prohibited.

In applying the area regulations for a building erected, enlarged, structurally altered or moved, land formerly part of another lot and not in excess of the area requirements for such other lot shall not be counted.
