CHAPTER 1165
C-2 Multiple Dwelling District
1165.01 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.
The regulations set forth in this chapter or set forth elsewhere in this Zoning Code when referred to in this chapter are the C-2 District regulations.

1165.02 USE REGULATIONS.
A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:
(a) Any use permitted in the C-1 District.
(b) Multi-family dwellings, no one building of which may contain more than six dwelling units.

1165.03 PARKING REGULATIONS.
The parking regulations are the same as those in the B Two-Family Residence District.

1165.04 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.
The height regulations shall be the same as those of the AAA and AA Single-Family Residence Districts.

1165.05 AREA REGULATIONS.
(a) Front Yard. The front yard regulations shall be the same as those of the A Single-Family Residence District.
(b) Side Yard. The side yard regulations shall be the same as those of the B Two-Family Residence District.
(c) Rear Yard. The rear yard regulations shall be the same as those of the A Single-Family Residence District.
(d) Intensity of Use. The intensity of use regulations are the same as those of the C-1 District.
