The Building Inspector shall keep a record of all violations of the provisions of this chapter and the action taken by him in respect to such violations and shall keep a record of all complaints of violations and the action taken by him in respect to such complaints.

The Building Inspector shall make a written report to the Town Board with regard to violations and complaints; such report shall be made at least once during every three-month period.
