3. - ZONE ACTIVITIES

Sec. 9-3-1. - Schedule of zone activities.

For the purpose of this title, land uses are divided into groups: general, agriculture, residential, commercial, industrial, and public. Designations within the table are as follows:

P = Allowed use upon issuance of a building permit.

S = Allowed use upon issuance of a special use permit.

N = Use not allowed.

Sec. 9-3-2. - Interpretation of appropriate district for land uses.

The administrator shall interpret the appropriate district for land uses not specifically listed on the official schedule of zone activities by determining the district in which similar uses are permitted. When several combined land uses exist, or are proposed, the most intensive land use shall be considered as the primary activity.
