ARTICLE III

ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS

Sec. 66-61.- Districts.

To promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of the county, the county is classified into the following districts:

Sec. 66-62. - Previously unzoned parcels.

For previously unzoned parcels, the zoning district designation shall be the same as that of the most restrictively zoned property adjacent to the parcel in question. For the purpose of this section, the order of districts from most restrictive to least restrictive is R-1, R-2, B-1, B-2, AR and M-1.
