Any PUD districts established under said prior ordinance are not repealed and shall remain in full force and effect under the provisions of the present ordinance unless or until the properties within such districts are rezoned on the Official Zoning Map.

Any conditions imposed upon a special land use or site plan approved under the prior ordinance shall remain in effect unless or until such conditions are amended as provided in Articles 20 and 24, herein.

Enforcement action may be taken against any conditions that exist in violation of the prior ordinance to the extent that such conditions are also a violation of the present ordinance.
