A.   Development Prohibited Within Floodway: No buildings shall be constructed within the designated floodway portion of any 100-year floodplain.

   B.   Development In Flood Fringe: Areas located in a 100-year floodplain and designated as part of the flood fringe may be developed provided that buildings are constructed at least one foot (1') above the minimum flood elevation.

   C.   Development Pursuant To Flood Hazard Regulations: All development shall meet standards set forth in title 9, chapter 3 of this code. (Ord. 6734, 6-11-2003)
