   (A)   The characteristics of these roadway buffers shall apply to all new nonresidential development and all new residential major subdivisions (ten or more lots). Minor subdivisions may be required to comply at the Planning Director’s discretion.

   (B)   Planting standards are as follows:

      (1)   Buffers must contain (per 100 linear feet);

      (2)   Two canopy trees;

      (3)   Three understory trees (at least 50% evergreen) ten shrubs; and

      (4)   One street tree (which may be counted as canopy).
