§ 153.025 C - CONSERVATION.

   A district designed primarily to protect and encourage the appropriate use of marshlands, forested areas, scenic areas and agricultural areas that are not likely to be developed for urban purposes in the reasonable near future.

   A single-family district served by public water and designed to allow one family detached dwellings with a minimum lot size of 21,500 square feet. The minimum lot size if water or sewer is unavailable shall be 30,000 square feet.
