All property annexed into the Village of Baldwinsville shall be deemed an R-1A District pursuant to the Village of Baldwinsville Zoning Rules and Regulations.

Unless an application is made to the Village of Baldwinsville within 30 days from the date of annexation to change or vary the R-1A zoning status, the Village enforcement officer may enforce any zoning violations existing on said property. In the event that an application to vary or change the zoning status is made to the Village of Baldwinsville within 30 days from the date of annexation, the enforcement of any zoning violation is stayed until the application process with the Village of Baldwinsville is completed.
