On any corner lot, no obstruction higher than 2 1/2 feet above the centerline of the street elevation shall be permitted to be planted, placed, erected, or maintained within the triangular area formed by the intersecting pavement lines, or their projections, where corners are rounded, and a straight line joining the pavement lines at points 50 feet distant from their point of intersection.

The minimum clear vision zone distance shall be 25 feet from the edge of the pavement at an intersection.
