§ 147-5 Schedule.

A.
The Schedule attached hereto and designated as Appendix A,[1] setting forth area, yard and building minimum and maximum requirements in the respective zoning districts is hereby adopted and incorporated herein.

B.
Corner lots. Notwithstanding the provisions of Appendix A, the following requirements shall apply to corner lots. Corner lots in the R-100-OF Zone on the east side of East Avenue shall have a minimum bulk area of 12,000 square feet. Corner lots in the R-100 and R-100-BF Zones shall have a minimum bulk area of 10,000 square feet.
