The Village Planning Commission is hereby designated as the Commission specified in Act 110 of the Public Acts of 2006, as amended and shall perform the zoning duties of said Commission as provided in the statute in connection with the amendment of this Ordinance. The Planning Commission shall consist of nine members appointed by the Village President with Village Council approval.

Each member shall be appointed to a four (4) year term.
