Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $2000.00 for each offense. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. The penalty should not be construed as exclusive, and the City hereby provides that any other remedy available to it, in law or in equity, is not intended to be, and is not, foreclosed by the provision of such penalty.

The provisions of this ordinance shall be administered by the City Secretary or his duly authorized representatives. The Building Inspector or any duly authorized person shall have the right to enter upon any premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of making inspection of buildings or premises necessary to carry out the enforcement of this ordinance.
