- SUPPLEMENTAL LOT REGULATIONS

Section 5.1.- Except as provided in Section 5.2 there shall be the Minimum Lot Width, Minimum Lot Area, and Minimum Lot Area Per Family as shown on the following Table.

Section 5.2. Separate tracts with less area or width than above required may be used for one single-family dwelling or for a permitted non-dwelling use.

Section 5.3. Existing buildings that are in violation of lot area requirements may be remodeled or repaired but may not be reconstructed or structurally altered unless the lot is made to conform to these requirements or the lot can support a home meeting the minimum building requirements as specified in the building codes and regulations of the city (including the minimum square footage of 960 square feet of living space under appendix C, section 2.1(c)(2)) as well as meet the minimum yard requirements as specified in appendix C, sections 4.2, 4.3 and/or 4.4.
