OVERLAY DISTRICTS

§ 7A00 Purpose.

1. 
The purpose of this overlay district is to encourage development of and preserve existing residential uses in appropriate locations in the Borough's Mixed-Use District, consistent with sound planning and environmental controls.
2. 
The overlay shall be defined as follows:
A. 
All parcels with frontage on Baldwin Street and McLaughlin Run Road.

§ 7A01 Authorized Uses.

All authorized uses in this district are the same as those in the M Mixed-Use District, with the addition of permitting single-family dwellings as a principal use, and also authorizing multifamily dwelling units on any floor of a building.
