All amendments to the Zoning Ordinance shall be enacted according to the procedures which are specified, in the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act 247, as amended, Sections 609, 609.1, 609.2, 610 and 611.[1] These provisions are included as an appendix to this text and are hereby incorporated as a part of this chapter.[2]

All challenges to the validity of the Zoning Ordinance or any of its provisions, all allegations of defects in the enactment or adoption of the Ordinance or Zoning Maps, and all appeals from decisions of the governing body, its agencies or officers in the administration and enforcement of this chapter shall be made according to the procedures which are specified in Article X of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act 247, as amended. Article X is included as an appendix to this text and its provisions are hereby incorporated as a part of this chapter.[1]
