Body Art Facilities and Permanent Cosmetics, as defined in CZC 12.12.040, are regulated activities governed by County and State laws, ordinances, and regulations, including, but not limited to, Utah Code § 26B-7-402 authorizing the State Department of Health and Human Services to promulgate minimum rules of sanitation for body art facilities, and the Davis County Body Art Regulations adopted by the Davis County Board of Health regulating body art and body art facilities within Davis County. Any such facilities permitted herein shall be subject to City, County, and State standards, regulations, and permitting requirements.
