99 FEES

§ 20.99.010 Designated.

The fees to be paid upon the filing of a petition or application shall be established by resolution of the city council and such fees shall not be refundable for any reason. Until all fees have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on the petition or application. Building department review and permit fees are found in Chapter 18.04 CMC.
