A family can also be one person; two or more persons related by blood, marriage or adoption; a group of two or more disabled residents protected under the Federal Fair Housing Act, who are not related by blood, marriage or adoption, living together as a single housekeeping unit; or a group living arrangement where five or fewer residents receive supportive services such as counseling, foster care or medical supervision at the dwelling unit by a resident or nonresident staff. For purposes of this definition, minors living with at least one parent or guardian shall not be counted as part of the maximum number of residents. |
For the purposes of this code, tents, tent trailers and campers do not meet the requirements for recreational vehicles that are to be used for temporary secondary residences for hardships as referenced in CMC § 20.63.035. |
