This district is established to allow the city to develop an appropriate and safe entrance and welcome identification for the many residents of Idaho and visitors who pass through the area. As such, this zone is created to protect the health, safety and welfare of residents and nonresidents from encroachment of noncompatible uses. (Ord. 499, 4-16-2009)
