Permitted uses in the airport zone are those uses compatible with aircraft operations and specially permitted by the city council, and subject in all respects to the provisions of Custer County airport zoning ordinance no. 1, which provisions and the description of said zone are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. The airport zone may include within its boundaries other zones established by this title, and in the event of a conflict between the provisions of this title and Custer County airport zoning ordinance no. 1, the latter shall control to the extent of such conflict. (Ord. 499, 4-16-2009)
