The developer of any new subdivision or development project shall pay all utility improvement fees and/or undergrounding in-lieu fees as required by Chapter 16.151, Undergrounding Utilities.

The developer of any new subdivision or development project shall pay all school facilities fees as required by Chapter 17.156, School Sites and Fees, of Title 17.

The developer of any subdivision or new development project shall pay all park fees as required by Chapter 17.159, Park Requirements, of Title 17.

The developer of any new subdivision or new development project shall pay all drainage fees as required by Chapter 17.162, Storm Drainage Fees, of Title 17.
