160, Subdivision and Land Development, the site plan shall show a pattern of development which preserves trees, outstanding natural topography and geologic features, and historic and scenic resources, prevents soil erosion, and which provides an interconnected network of open spaces. The Township Council may request the applicant to provide, in support of the application, surveys and maps concerning the existing and proposed traffic conditions, topographic conditions and grading, other ground features, hydrologic conditions, soils, historic resources and visual resources, and methods to mitigate adverse impacts upon these conditions and resources.
