When the Commission’s action is to recommend approval or denial of an amendment, the Building and Planning Department shall notify the applicant of said decision. Other persons at the hearing requesting notice of the action shall be notified in the same manner as the applicant. If the action of the Commission is to recommend approval of an amendment, a copy of the action together with the findings considered by the Commission to be controlling shall be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners within 14 days of said action.
