To make recommendations to the City Council on preliminary plans for planned unit development applications and final decisions on final plans for planned unit development.
To hear and report on such matters as may be referred to it by the City Council.
17.13.040 Zoning Administrator.
The Director of Community Planning and Economic Development, or his/her designee, is considered the Zoning Administrator. The Zoning Administrator may designate one or more City staff persons to act as the Zoning Administrator; however, a zoning decision may only be rendered once. The Zoning Administrator has the following powers pursuant to this ordinance:
To receive and forward zoning applications as required by this ordinance to the Design Review Board, Plan and Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Adjustment, City Council, or City official, as appropriate.
