If, in accordance with provisions of this zoning ordinance, changes are made in district boundaries or other matter on the official zoning map, such changes shall be recorded promptly on the map by inserting the date when the amendment was adopted, the ordinance number adopting the amendment and the Mayor signature attested by the City Manager in the spaces provided for such entries.
14-4.4. Official Map Final Authority.

It shall be the responsibility of the City Manager to see that any changes in the regulations or maps are duly noted.
14-4.5. Retention of Earlier Zoning Maps.
All zoning maps or remaining portions thereof which have had official force and effect in the city prior to the effective date of these zoning regulations shall be retained as a public record and as a guide to the zoning status of lands and water under the jurisdiction of the district prior to the adoption of this zoning ordinance.
14-4.6. Replacement of Official Zoning Map.
In the event that the official zoning map becomes damaged, destroyed, lost or difficult to interpret because of the nature or number of changes and additions, the City Commission may adopt a new official zoning map which shall supersede the prior official zoning map. The new official zoning map may correct drafting or other errors or omissions in the prior official zoning map, but no such correction shall have the effect of amending the original official zoning map or any subsequent amendment thereof.
