The purpose of this zone is to create a public facilities zone which provides a place where facilities designed and designated for the service of the community in whole and the citizens of the City may be located. Such facilities are typically governmentally owned and operated or owned and operated by a private utility company, although private property dedicated to the use and benefit of the community in whole also may be designated within the Public Facilities (P-F) Zone.
