18.28.010 PURPOSE

The purpose of this zone is to create a zone which allows for mobile homes and related uses in a well planned and safe environment. (Ord. 18-277, 2-15-2018)

Corner lots having frontage shall require a 20' front yard setback and a setback of 20' from the other street frontage
